Manufacture

The approved plans are translated into work schedules and passed on to the production floor of the manufacturing facility where they are implemented by skilled teams of workers. The imported wood undergoes a process of drying and treatment, and is then used to produce the required building elements including cutting of roof beams and their special coating. Wood doors and windows are imported by Shaked from Europe.

After manufacture of the required elements is completed, they must pass a strict quality inspection. At the end of the process, the house is ready for rapid construction on site.
