Shaked Advanced Construction guarantees to meet timetables of up to 6 months from approval of the plans to delivery of the key, in accordance with the size of the house, receipt of authorized approvals, and the nature of the terrain and construction site.

This is made possible due to Shaked's unique characteristics, including concentration of resources; control over every stage from planning through manufacture to final construction; implementation by well-oiled teams of workers integral to the company; and a wealth of hands-on experience.
